A wide range of services are provided to Lenders by the firm, including full representation in commercial and residential transactions, including: SBA, FHA, VA and MHFA, title reporting and document recording, collections, workout and foreclosure services.
Attorney
A long-time Worcester County resident, Attorney Metzger passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1989 and has been with the firm since that time. Attorney Metzger's practice concentrates in the areas of commercial law, representing both businesses and lenders in a wide range of matters within this area.
