Nicole S. Trani

Attorney Nicole (Salem) Trani has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2003 and focuses her practice on residential real estate conveyancing and commercial and residential title services. She has been a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association for over 20 years. She previously served as a co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the Worcester County Bar Association and sat on the committee which drafted what has been adopted as the standard Worcester County Bar Association Purchase and Sale Agreement. Nicole has been a life-long resident of Worcester County. She is a graduate of the honors program at Providence College and of New England Law Boston where she served as an editor of the New England Law Review for two years.

Before joining the Firm in June of 2025, Nicole was a partner at Salem & Trani, LLP which she founded with her father, Attorney Larry E. Salem, in 2004. Upon his retirement in 2016, she became the owner of Gould Title Company, Inc and continued her conveyancing practice thereunder. The title company has been one of the longest existing title companies in Worcester County since the 1940s and has built its reputation on thorough analysis and attention to detail. In addition to the extensive archive of title work conducted by Gould Title Company throughout its history, Nicole is also in possession of back title work from the former title division of Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple, P.C.

Nicole believes there is nothing more important than providing her clients with excellent customer service and personal attention. Buying and selling a home is one of the most important and, often times, stressful transactions that people will engage in during their lives and she values that her clients entrust her to guide them through the process from start to finish.
