Alexandrov, Metzger & Flannagan has handled in excess of 300 commercial and residential transactions on average over the past ten years, as well as numerous real estate related matters during this time. A wide range of services are provided to Lenders by the firm, including full representation in commercial and residential transactions, including: SBA, FHA, VA and MHFA, title reporting and document recording, collections, workout and foreclosure services.
Attorney
A long-time Worcester County resident, Attorney Metzger passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1989 and has been with the firm since that time. Attorney Metzger's practice concentrates in the areas of commercial law, representing both businesses and lenders in a wide range of matters within this area.
Attorney Nicole (Salem) Trani has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2003 and focuses her practice on residential real estate conveyancing and commercial and residential title services. She has been a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association for over 20 years.
